Excerpt from Gillian's Diary: "When I found out I was going to get a sculpture, I felt wonderful! I love dragons and I love drawing dragons. It was so much fun watching my dragon come to life, and I loved it. My favorite parts were the melding of the steel and then painting it. When the dragon was unveiled, I felt awe and respect for the dragon sculpture. I love the dragon. It's perfect. No one else in Rockville has a dragon in their backyard."
